Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the use of this website and to design and development services provided by Being Digital. Project-specific details are confirmed in your quote or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms.

Quotes and payments

• Every project starts with a written quote describing scope, deliverables, timeline and price.
• Projects usually require an upfront deposit; larger projects are split into milestones.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Revisions

Each package includes the revisions stated in your quote. Additional revision rounds or changes of direction may be charged separately.

Ownership and copyright

Once a project is completed and paid in full, ownership of the final approved designs is transferred to you. Unused concepts remain the property of Being Digital. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to or an NDA is in place.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before work begins, any payment is refunded in full. After work has started, payments for completed or approved milestones are non-refundable.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that any content, images or materials you provide can be legally used, and you agree to share feedback in a reasonable time so the project can stay on schedule.

Liability

We take great care with every project, but we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our designs or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
